Happy Holidays, everyone! What's better than the holidays, Vegas, and Elvis? There was no doubt that when Vegas.com wanted everyone to show off their #UltimateVegasOutfit, I was all shook up. When I think of Vegas I think of partying, glittering lights, and an endless list of things to do in the hotels. What I also think of...is Elvis. He still rocks the lives of all of us today through the presence of the Elvis Chapel and the new installment of Graceland Presents Elvis: The Exhibition, showing of all things Elvis Presley. So I thought I'd take a shot at impersonating the rock and Vegas legend to create my Ultimate Vegas Outfit!
I've have to start out with the ultimate focal point of this outfit - the blue suede shoes. They're the best symbol to add to an outfit to represent Elvis, and my most favorite element of an ensemble. This pair by Charles David is completely unique. The cut of the shoes is so different and makes this outfit elegant and fun.
With killer shoes, you have to have a killer jacket. This black and white moto jacket from BCBGMAXAZRIA doesn't only keep up with the Elvis theme, but also puts a play on a festive holiday look. This jacket is perfect to wear alone so it keeps its statement, after all, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
Now these Philosphy di Lorenzo Serfani pants not only add simplicity and a minimalistic structure, but also a spot of sparkle. They're super comfortable and make a look like this look high end, but they're roomy enough to let me bust some (awful) dance moves! ...Or play a few strums on this Ronnie Wood signed Gibson guitar. I mean I am rockin' around the Christmas tree after all!
